[Notice] Social Login No Longer Supported Following Service Updates – Sign Up with Email

Hello,
This is Global Interpark.
As part of our service update announced on March 21, 2025, we’re making changes to using social accounts.
Starting April 15, 2025, users who log in with social accounts (Weibo, Alipay, Facebook) will no longer be able to request verification or make purchases. To continue using our services, users who previously signed in with a social account will need to create a new account using an email address
Next Steps for Social Login Users
1. Key services not available via social login
a. If you log in with a social account (Weibo, Alipay, Facebook), you will not be able to request fan club pre-sale verification, complete passport verification, use NOL facepass, or purchase tickets.
b. If you registered for facepass using a social account, you will no longer be able to use Facepass for entry. Please use your mobile ticket (INPASS) instead.
2. Create a new account with an email address
a. Starting April 15, passport verification, fan club verification, ticket purchases, and NOL facepass registration/entry will only be possible through an email account.
b. For users who signed up with a social account, their passport verification will be reset as of April 15. Please sign up with an email address and request verification with your new email account.
c. Nol facepass will no longer be available for users with social accounts starting April 15. Please create a new account using an email address and register for Facepass.
4. Check your previous purchases If you have a purchase history made with a social account before April 15, your existing booking details can be viewed on My Page of the respective social account. You will also be able to use mobile tickets you’ve purchased for upcoming concerts.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please create a new account using your email address for a smoother experience.
